At Sustainable Plumbing, we partner with Rowan-Cabarrus Community College to offer a structured plumbing course taught and facilitated in part by our own master plumber. You’ll learn real industry skills in a classroom and lab setting while gaining exposure to what life in the trades is really like.
As a growing plumbing company based in Concord, NC, we’re always looking for motivated, curious individuals to begin their journey in the plumbing field with a pathway that doesn’t require jumping straight into full-time, on-the-job training.
Our apprentice pathway is ideal for recent high school grads, career changers, or anyone ready to build a long-term future in the plumbing industry. Through RCCC’s evening courses, you’ll learn how plumbing systems work, safety basics, tools, codes, and foundational skills, all guided by experienced instructors, including our team’s master plumber.
Upon completing the program, graduates have the opportunity to apply with us, even without the traditional two years of experience, and continue growing in the field.
